In 2004 ZCC introduced the Varco Pruden line of pre-engineered buildings to its repertoire of building services. One of the first projects to utilize this new construction division was the new SUNY Buildings and Grounds Facility.
Completed well within schedule, it features a spacious interior, finished offices and work spaces.
