St. Edward the Confessor

On Easter Sunday 1996 the ZCC Construction Management Team broke ground for construction of a new social hall, day chapel, offices and renovations to the existing worship space of the St. Edward the Confessor Roman Catholic Church. This renovation, which was to comply with new ADA codes, included new wood doors, hardware, acoustical walls panels, resilient tile, carpet, paint and finish carpentry. New pews were installed while the bell tower was rehabilitated. At the same time the HVAC and electrical systems were updated for energy efficiency and code compliance. Externally a new lawn sprinkler system was installed in the surrounding green areas. A new asphalt drive was added while fresh line striping finished off the existing parking lot.
