The ZCC Project Management team is conscious of the importance
Owners, Architects, Engineers and Construction Managers place on
energy conservation and sustainable construction in our energy
and natural resource challenged world.
Our project managers and supervisors have been educated on
the specifics of environmentally conscious design,
energy conservation programs, Green building materials
and methods, as well as Sustainable Design.
We maintain an in-house LEED administration professional.
Responsibilities include collecting and collating specified
documentation for any given LEED-accredited project.
The administrator then works closely with our Project
Managers to make certain all pertinent paperwork is
completed for both Owner and Architect accurately and
on time in order to better preserve the project's LEED status.
Our Marketing Manager Vincent Zandri has published dozens
of articles relating to both LEED-accredited and Sustainable
Green commercial construction projects for
